  1. What happened to the Entertainer price range?


    Upon the request of the Entertainers we now only show the Entertainer price range to Activity Coordinators who are logged in. If you are employed as an Activity Coordinator for seniors you can JOIN which will enable you to see the price range. If you are an Activity Coordinator and have already joined our community of Activity Coordinators you can LOGIN and see the Entertainer price ranges.
  2. Who can list as an Entertainer?


    An Entertainer can be an individual or group that is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults through music, dance, variety, education or other leisure opportunities.
    If you are an Entertainer and your category is not listed please contact We Entertain Seniors by phone on our toll free line at 1-866-988-2010 or via e-mail at to discuss the possibility of having your category added.

  4. Am I able to be an Entertainer if I don't want to register and pay over the internet?


    Yes, you are. There are four alternative registration methods and they all require that you mail us a cheque or money order. The methods include:
    • Phone: 1-866-988-2010
    • Fax: This completed form to 1-866-988-2010
    • On-line: Complete the sign up form and choose the option at the end to Pay by Cheque.
    • Mail: This completed form to the address on the form.
      Just a reminder... If your Entertainer Profile page is going to have pictures and audio files we will have to determine a way for you to get them to us.
  5. What are the benefits of registering as a Seniors' Activity Coordinator?

    • Ability to see Entertainer price range

    • E-mail notification when a new Entertainer signs up and agrees to go to your city
  6. Who can add an event to the Events Listing?


    Anyone can add an event. If you are signed up as an Activity Coordinator or an Entertainer you need to LOGIN and click on "Post an Event for Seniors" in the orange box on the left. If you are not an Activity Coordinator or Entertainer, but offer events that are appropriate for seniors you can sign up and start adding events immediately. The only required fields are marked by an asterisks (*), but the more information you provide the more useful it is for those who view your event.
  7. Can an Entertainer register in more than one Category?


    With your initial registration you have the option to register a second Performer Profile at a reduced price. If you decide after your initial registration that you would like to register an additional Performer Profile you must sign up again as a second Entertainer at the regular price.
  8. How do I hire an Entertainer from WeEntertainSeniors.com?


    You contact the Entertainer directly from their contact information that is supplied on their Profile Page. You negotiate with the Entertainer to determine a date, time and fee. We Entertain Seniors is not involved in the process.
  9. What does it cost to register as an Entertainer?


    View fee structure. Prices are in Canadian funds. All taxes are included in the prices listed.
  10. What does it cost to hire an Entertainer?


    There is no charge to use our site or to contact our Entertainers. If you hire a WeEntertainSeniors.com Entertainer for your event, we do not charge a booking fee. The fee to hire an Entertainer for a Seniors' Activity Coordinator can be found when you LOGIN and search the Entertainer. If you are not a Seniors' Activity Coordinator you need to call the Entertainer and request a quote for your event.
  11. What if my Entertainer category is not listed?


    If your Entertainer Category is not listed then please call our toll free line at 1-866-988-2010 or e-mail us at and we can discuss the possibility of having it added.
  12. What if there are cities that are missing from the list?


    If there is a city that you feel should be listed then please call our toll free line at 1-866-988-2010 or e-mail us at and we can discuss the possibility of adding it.
  13. How can I change information on my account?


    Registered Entertainers can login here or from our home page and make the necessary changes. Seniors' Activity Coordinators need to call our toll free line at 1-866-988-2010 or e-mail us at and we will be happy to change your contact information for you.
  14. What are my payment options?


    When you get to the end of the Entertainer registration process you will be given two payment options:
    1. Credit Card - Through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal Account and it is a very secure and easy process.

    2. Cheque/Money Order - Payable to "Canada Seniors Resource" and mail to WeEntertainSeniors.com.
    Select the option that works best for you. If you pay through PayPal then your profile will be displayed within 15 minutes of payment. If you pay by cheque your profile will be displayed once WeEntertainerSeniors.com has received the cheque and the payment clears the bank. This process usually takes approximately two weeks.
  15. How do I link to my YouTube video?


    1. Go to www.YouTube.com and bring up your video.
    2. Copy and paste your YouTube URL from the address bar of your browser, or from the grey box to the top right of your video.
    When you click on the white box that is labeled "URL" the letters will go blue. Right click on your mouse and select "copy". Go back to the WeEntertainSeniors.com website to the video form field and in the white box right click on your mouse and select "paste".

  16. What audio and image file types can I upload to my Profile?


    After your payment has cleared you will be given the option to upload an audio file and a photo to your Profile. We accept .mp3 audio files up to 5MB in size. We accept .jpg image files up to 1MB in size. Please note that your image will be resized to 250 pixels wide to fit the Profile page.
  17. When will my Entertainer Profile be displayed on the website?


    If you pay through PayPal then your profile will be displayed within 15 minutes of payment. If you pay by cheque your profile will be displayed once WeEntertainerSeniors.com has received the cheque and the payment clears the bank. This process usually takes two weeks.
  18. What Personal information will be displayed on my Entertainer Profile page?


    The city in which you live, e-mail address and phone number will be displayed on your Entertainer Profile page.
